  1. Initial ConsultationWe begin with a deep dive into your current habits, goals, and challenges. This session helps us create a plan tailored to you.

  2. Personalized Nutrition Plan: Your coach nutritionist (Coach Lyss) will craft a customized approach that aligns with your health and fitness goals. This may include meal planning, portion control, tracking macros, and guidance for sustainable eating habits.

  3. Ongoing Coaching & Support: Through regular check-ins, we track progress, adjust strategies, and keep you accountable. We provide ongoing support to ensure long-term success.

  4. Adjustments & Continuous Improvement: As your needs evolve, so does your plan. Each month, we review your progress and adjust meal plans, strategies, and nutrition goals to keep you moving forward. We ensure your approach stays effective and sustainable.
