ABOUT
Coach Lyss
Alyssa Conway, Coach Lyss, started Like A Rhino in February of 2023. After 5 years of letting this dream sit within her heart, gaining more knowledge and experience in training, as well as confidence, she finally took a leap of faith.
Coach Lyss has been a certified trainer since 2021, a powerlifter from 2021-2023, and an athlete since she was able to walk. Holding 8 WRPF (World Raw Powerlifting Federation) Records in New Mexico in 2 weight classes, and 4 top 3 Records in the USPA (United States Powerlifting Association) for New Mexico. She has recently stepped away from powerlifting in order to focus on a more functional fitness, as well as Like A Rhino.
